Im Buddy-Programm Natural.PALS unterstützen Sie als Peer-Tutor/innen internationale Studienan-fänger/innen an Ihrer Fakultät beim Studieneinstieg an der RUB. Sie lernen Mitstudierende aus aller Welt kennen und trainieren Ihre interkulturelle Kompetenz. Teilnehmen können Studierende der Biologie (BSc, MSc), Chemie (MSc) und Geographie (BSc) – Anmeldeschluss für das Wintersemester 2018/19 ist der 15. September 2018. Als zukünftige/r Peer-Tutor/in nehmen Sie an einer vorbereitenden Schulung und einem interkulturellen Training teil. In der Biologie und Chemie ist das Programm anrechenbar, alternativ können Sie ein Teil-nahme-Zertifikat erwerben.

The Buddy-Programme Natural.PALS initiates study-partnerships between new international students in Natural Sciences at Ruhr-Universität Bochum and local students at the same faculty as their peer-tutors. As an international student, you benefit from individual and subject-specific support in the introductory phase of your studies. In joint meetings with other participants, you establish first con-tacts to both local and international fellow students. Eligible are international students in their 1st or 2nd semester of Biology (BSc, MSc), Chemistry (MSc), and Geography (BSc). For winter semester 2018/19, please apply until September 15th, 2018. As a student of Biology or Chemistry, you can have the programme recognised as part of your de-gree course; as an alternative, you can obtain a participation certificate.
