Our project of building an python online course has been selected as a winner in the university's 5x5000 competition.
The python programming language has become a very important tool in geosciences research, and has been used in our courses for years. With the new project, initiated by Jan Cermak and Matthias Mause, our existing materials will be expanded to form a wiki-based online learning module.
The new wiki system will live at http://wiki.vm.rub.de/geopython.
