The presentation will address challenges and opportunities that currently exist for small and rural communities in the U.S. to use brownfield redevelopment as a tool for revitalization. Case studies, specifically from the Midwest, will be used to highlight issues and success stories. But are today’s revitalization efforts sustainable?
